J?rg Heilman, DEU-N Rep Serial Agenda Actionee Remarks 1 Welcome Introductions The Chair, RCN Aim of INET SOI Agreed vision for INET WG. The Chair opened the meeting with a welcome to all and new members of the group introduced themselves. He reiterated the importance of the INET SWG, which is key to INET activity and output, with the WG the glue that brings it together. The Chair also reminded the group that the WG action list should be kept short in order to be achievable, and to allow prioritisation and measurement of the benefits realised for the member countries. 2 Minutes of Previous Meeting Sec Review of document expected before meeting. The minutes for the 11th INET WG were reviewed by the SWG. No issues were raised here and the minutes were accepted. 3 Assumption of new Chair and Secretary responsibilities Sec Formal handover The outgoing Chair thanked all INET WG members for their support during his tenure before handing over to the new Chair, Capt Pett RN. Capt Pett thanked the outgoing Chair for his contribution to the INET WG. LCdr White was also thanked for his excellent work as WG Secretary. 4 Outstanding Action Items Sec See INET Action Item Plan (attached below). Proposals were made to close some actions and to streamline others for maximum ROI to the WG. INET WG to reconven
