NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT 保密协议 THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of __________________, is made and entered into between XXX (Supplier), having an office and a place of business at ______________ and all its affiliates and subsidiaries, and HL Display (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
