大学生失业保障制度分析 【摘　要】：从1999年国家高校扩张以来，大学生就业的形势就日趋严峻，现已成为社会关注的热点。大学生的就业问题在近些年来一直是国家和社会关注的焦点问题。第十届全国人民代表大会第四次会议上，国家委员吴江林就曾建议说：如果没有财政拨款进而帮助大学生间接购买失业保险和交纳基本的失业保障金，这样毕业以后就不能给就业的大学生到劳动就业的机构进行失业保障登记，不能享受大学生失业保险待遇。今年两会期间，全国的政协委员提出了将大学生纳入失业保险行列之中，建立完善的可行的大学生失业保险制度，保障毕业生毕业后失业的基本生活。我国近年来大学毕业生的人数不断激增，先后出现了就业形势严峻和普遍失业现象的社会问题，因此大学生失业保险制度势在必行。但是，目前建立的大学生失业保障制度普遍还存在一定的不足，这有待于进一步的探究分析。 【关键词】： 大学生；就业现状；失业原因；社会保障；对策?
