Economic factors’ influence on the mental health of university students The mental health of university students is widespread concerned With the rapid development of society，competition become more fierce，people are faced with much more pressure. It is said that human have already come into the age in which human has lots of negative emotions. On account that university student is a special group which is expected to take an amount of social responsibility, the mental health of them has caused widespread concern. The status of university students’ mental health . According to the survey we did，70% of university students feel idle and depressed. And 17% think that economic hardship will influence the mental health of them greatly. The results show mental health of college students is kind of poor and economic factors have great influence on the mental health of them. Economic factors influence the mental health of university students Now I’m going to talk about how economic factors influence the mental health of university students. In my paper，economic factors refer to two aspects: the economic status of family and the change of socio-economic conditions. The economic status of family Of the university students surveyed，5% are in really bad economic status of family，16% are a little bad，43% are common，26% are kind of rich and 10% are quite rich. Based on the survey，the mental health of poor students is obviously worse than that of not poor students. From that we can know the bad economic status may be disadvantageous for the mental health of university students. However，that influence has a limit. When the income of a family can satisfy the demands of it，the promotion will disappear. When the income of a family is much more than the commom one，instead，it will lead to bad influence.
