It includes production data, production data-processing system and production net. The characteristics of motion of production system is input the production factors first, after productive process, then output product and service, and give information feedback continually in the productive process. So it is the necessary way to conduct specific qualitu control for the producting system in order to lower the cost for the company, inprove the production efficiency,promote the production quality which are the magic keys for the company to win in the drastic market competition. This paper take good care of the importance of the quality control in the production system , take into consideration of the actual condition of company A, apply the Six Sigma to discuss the quality control in the production system of company A. Company A is a company producting and processing appliance, besed on the condition that it successfully conducting a sery of advanced and well-developed way of quality control, it is now the bellwether of the companies producting and processing appliance inland. However it still fall behind a lot of companies producting and processing appliance abroad. To achieve the goal of being the mist competitive company producting and processing appliance in the world, company A have to bring in the Six Sigma in good time, to control and promote the quality of producting system, and finally reach the goal of lower the producting cost and improve the producting quality.
