本科毕业设计 题目: 7.63米捣固焦炉 炼焦车间工艺设计 学 院: 化学工程与技术学院 专 业: 化学工程与工艺 学 号: 200822146007 学生姓名: 郑家啟 指导教师: 何选明 日 期: 二○一二年六月 摘要焦业在国民经济中占据着重要地位。焦炉作为炼焦车间的主体,它的设计和研究有着。本设计的内容是年产万吨焦炭炼焦车间。配煤比为:20%40%25%1/3焦煤15%。在配煤工段,本设计采用粉碎工艺并设计了备煤车间的工段组成和平面布置,对卸车设备、煤场设备、辅助设备及粉碎设备等进行了计算和选择。炉型选择方面,本设计结合我院在焦炉设计领域的实际情况,采用型捣固焦炉其技术特点为双联火道、焦炉煤气下喷、废气循环。此焦炉配置干法熄焦装置,湿法熄焦装备用。在本设计中,重点对焦炉物料平衡、热量平衡、蓄热室、炉体水压以及烟囱高度进行工艺计算,计算得出×65,烟囱高度为100m。同时,合理选择了焦炉机械设备与附属设备,并编制了循环推焦图表。 关键词焦炉捣固;炼焦;工艺设计 Abstract Coking industry plays an important role in the national economy. As the main body of coking workshop, the design and research of coke oven are very important to coking industry. The topic of this technology-design is yearly 1.65 million tons cokes with tamping coking technology . The coal blending ratio is: fat coal 20%, gas coal 40%, coking coal 25% and 1/3 coking coal 15%. In the coal blending section, the pre-crushing process for the hard coal was chosen. Meanwhile, the coal moisture control(CMC) process was also discussed. Meanwhile,the section included the layout of coal-preparation workshop, a calculation and choice for the unloading equipment, the coal storage yard equipment, the auxiliary equipment, and crushers. According to the actual situation and technoloy, 6.3m tamping coke oven was chosed. The technique of the double joint quirk,the coke gas spurts,and the waste gas circulation are applied in the oven. oven combined with a dry coke quenching equipment, and the wet coke quenching equipment was reserved. In this design, the material balance, energy balance, the regenerative chamber, the pressure of the coke oven and the chimney height were calculated. On the basis of the calculation, the number of the carbonization chamber(2×65) was determinded and the height of chimney was 100 m. In addition, the main and auxiliary mechnic equipments of the coke
