模块四书面表达 第一部分 书信性作文 按照信函功能，书信可分为投诉信、询问信、请求信、道歉信、建议信和求职信。上述种类除道歉信外均已出现在全国各省市高考试题中。 投诉信 （一）.结构 投诉信主要是对服务设施、所购商品等表示不满而向有关厂家、商店写的信。信的安排可分为三大部分。 开头部分：提出投诉对象、并简述写信的目的。 正文部分：明确指出问题所引起的后果，详述改进或处理建议。 结尾部分：表达希望问题能得到解决的愿望，并感谢有关人员的努力。 由于写投诉信的目的不仅是表示不满，还要让对方了解出现的问题，并要求做相应的赔偿。因此写投诉信还要注意以下几点： 语气要坚决，但措辞要礼貌，不宜使用过激的语言； 投诉的内容要明确、具体，包括时间、地点、或简单经过和问题所在； 要同时叙述由此带来的不便或伤害，但要实事求是； 提出的解决方案（如赔偿等）要合理； 结尾既要希望对方尽快解决问题，又要对对方所做的努力表示感谢，这样有利于对方能以积极的态度来解决问题。 一般说来，在叙述问题是要用过去时态。 （二）、模板： April 2nd,2009 Dear______, I am writing to complain about……. On April 1, I bought a …..in your store. But after one week of using, I notice that…….. To remedy the matter（为补救此事）, I suggest making the following changes…… I would be grateful if this matter would have your immediate attention. Sincerely yours, Li Hua （三）、常用句型： 开头部分 1. I am writing to make a complaint about/against…. 2. I am writing to protest about sth. 3. I am returning sth which I bought from your store on April 1st. 4. I am totally/completely disappointed/upset to find …. 5. I can hardly put up with/tolerate it any more. 6. I would like to draw your attention to sth that you have obviously failed to notice. 正文部分 The service has been unsatisfactory in several aspects. Therefore, I am returning …..and would greatly appreciate if you could replace it. To improve the situation/solve the above problem, it is advisable for you to take the following measures…… Even worse than that, ……. 结尾部分 I would very much appreciate it if you would….. I should be obliged if you look into the matter as soon as possible. (….不甚感激) I expect to be further informed about this issue. I would like you to give back my money as soon as possible and I suggest that you also compensate me for the injuries that I have received Unless I receive a positive reply within the next three weeks, I intend to take further action. 建
