In accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement, Applicant Organisation is required to submit this Quarterly Progress Report (Quarterly Report) to the Waste Recovery Projects Vetting Sub-committee Secretariat once every 3 months during the project period within 2 weeks of the following quarter.
按協議條款規定，申請機構須在項目推行期間每三個月向減少廢物項目審批小組秘書處提交此季度進度報告(下稱季度報告)，提交日期為下一季的首兩個星期內。
The first Quarterly Report should be submitted to the Waste Recovery Projects Vetting Sub-committee Secretariat within 2 weeks either upon completion of the preparatory stage or at the end of the first 3 months upon commencement of the project, whichever is the earlier.
第一份季度報告須於完成籌備階段後或在項目開展3個月後，以較早者為準，向減少廢物項目審批小組秘書處提交，提交時間為下一季的首兩個星期內。
The Applicant Organisation is required to submit one Quarterly Report for each project in each quarter. There is no need to complete one Quarterly Report for each participating building. 申請機構須為每個項目每一季提交一份季度報告，而毋須就每幢參與樓宇各自填寫一份季度報告。
Please note that this Quarterly Report will be made available for public inspection upon reasonable request.
請注意，本季度報告或會在合理要求的情況下供公眾查閱。
