第三期欣晓计划递交申请须知 Points to Note for Submitting Project Proposal to Implement the Third Phase of the New Dawn Project 请你在计划建议书（即「申请表格」），填妥每一栏所需要的资料。 Please complete all items in your project proposal, i.e. the Application Form. 每一机构最多可递交两份计划建议书，每一份计划建议书只能申请一个项目，如申请多于一个项目，请分开递交计划建议书。Each Applicant Organization may submit no more than two project proposals. Only one project can be applied in each project proposal. Please submit project proposals separately when applying for more than one project. 机构的主席或总干事须于「申请人声明」栏内签署及盖印。 The declaration should be signed by the Chairperson or Head of the Organization and provided with the organization chop. 递交的计划建议书的总页数不可超过25页，但不包括甲部第IV(2)栏及戊部第II栏要求递交的文件(纸A4；字型Times New Roman；大小：13)。[备注: 社会福利署(社署)有权不审阅25页后的文件内容。] The project proposal should not be more than 25 pages excluding the documents of the Applicant Organization as required in Part A(IV)(2) and Part E(II) (Paper size: A4; Font: “标楷体” or Times New Roman; Font size: 13). [Note: Social Welfare Department (SWD) reserves the right not to assess contents beyond 25 pages.] 递交计划建议书时须夹附下列文件。The following documents should be attached at the time you hand in your project proposal： 填妥的正本及八份副本连同有关的附加资料(如适用)。 The original plus 8 copies of the project proposal with relevant attachments (if applicable); 已储存计划建议书档案和有关的附加资料（如适用）的电脑光碟一只。 （MS Word 6.0或以上版本）A soft copy in CD ROM (MS Word 6.0 or above version) of the project proposal with relevant attachments (if applicable). [备注:所有已递交的申请文件及光碟将不获退还。 Note: All submitted application documents and CD ROM will not be returned.] (vi) 计划建议书须于2010年2月24日（星期三）下午5时前投放于香港北角渣华道333号北角政府合署二楼213室社署社会保障科自力更生支援组内的收集箱。如八号或以上台风讯号或黑色暴雨警告讯号悬挂，则递交计划建议书的限期会自动延至下一工作天。Please submit the project proposal(s) to the SWD by dropping it/them into the Collection Box placed in the Support for Self-reliance Section, Social Security Branch, Room 213, 2/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong before 5:00 p.m. of 24 February 2010 (Wednesday).
