优质护理管理在新生儿护理中的运用效果探讨 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨优质护理管理在新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年4-9月笔者所在医院收治的124例新生儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察，每组62例，对照组采用常规护理管理，观察组采用优质护理管理，比较两种护理方法的护理效果。结果：对照组新生儿的不良反应发生率为8.1%；观察组新生儿的不良反应发生率为1.6%，观察组新生儿的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。对照组的护理总满意率为83.9%；观察组的护理总满意率为98.4%，观察组的护理总满意率明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：优质护理管理应用于新生儿护理具有良好效果，值得推广应用。 　　【关键词】 优质护理； 新生儿； 运用效果 　　中图分类号 R473.72 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）13-0069-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of quality care management in neonatal care.Method：One hundred and twenty four newborns in our hospital from April 2014 to September 2014 were selected as the research objects，they were randomly divided into control group and observation group，62 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management，the observation group was given high quality nursing management.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Result：The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 8.1%，and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.6%，the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the control group was 83.9%，the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 98.4%，the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Quality care management has a good effect on the neonatal care，it is worthy of promotion and application. 　　【Key words】 Quality care； Newborn； Application effect 　　First-author’s address：Chengdu Aerospace Hospital，Chengdu 610000，China 　　新生儿是指自脐带结扎至出生后满28 d的婴儿。由于新生儿的意识及行为不具有特定的表达功能，只能通过一些肢体动作或啼哭来传达一些不良信息[1]。优质护理可为新生儿提供精细全面的护理服务，能有效降低新生儿的不良反应，对其健康成长具有促进作用。本研究对笔者所在医院新生儿护理采用优质护理管理，并取得良好效果，现具体报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取2014年4-9月笔者所在医院收治
