2010 Jul.2010 29 63 Research about the Present Situation of Statistics Application in the College Performance Appraisal Abstract: In order to promote the Xinjiang University’s traditional personnel management to a modern human resources management,play the statistics role in the college performance appraisal, this paper carried out investigation and research about the present situation of statistics application in the college performance appraisal. The survey found that the personnel department has not played a good role of the makers, defenders and judges of human resources management rules, it are the serious lack of using statistics in the performance appraisal, It did not use the computer network of information technology strengthen the tremendous role of statistics in performance appraisal. Based on above, a number of recommendations were put forward for.
