This is often the thing that will decide whether someone reads your e-mail or not. A subject is a word or phrase that does the following things: Short and to the point Describes the main content of the e-mail Makes the reader want to open the e-mail Step2 Presentation E-mails will often include more than one idea. It is important to be able to choose this idea for the heading. Notice the different topics discussed in the e-mail and the one in the subject. Look at the list of possible subjects. Choose the best one and explain why you chose this one.
