毕 业 设 计 论 文 专业班级： ********** 学生姓名： **** 指导教师： ****  密级：内部 桩基础工程质量控制分析 —以“三合国王花园”为例 The Quality Control and Analysis of Pile Foundation Engineering — Take “Sanhe King’s Garden”for Example 院系名称： 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师：  摘 要 钻孔灌注桩具有入土深、能进入岩层、刚度大、承载力高、桩身变形小，并可方便地进行水下施工等优点。近年来，随着科技发展，桩的种类和型式、施工机具、施工工艺以及桩基设计理论和设计方法等都在高速演进和发展。目前我国桩基最大入土深度已达107m，桩径已超过4m。最大扩底桩径超过5m。 由于钻孔灌注桩本身的施工过程及地层条件的差异，桩基质量事故频繁发生。国内外在实践上常用的桩基处理方法有：注浆法、断桩接桩法、补(加)桩法。目前，国内很少系统地研究桩基质量控制分析的问题。 本文通过三合国王花园项目钻孔灌注桩的选择、施工过程及关键工艺控制要点，归纳并较为全面地分析了钻孔灌注桩常见的质量问题及其成因和控制措施，并从现场管理角度阐述了对桩基础施工过程中的质量控制。 关键词 钻孔灌注桩，施工工艺，质量控制 Abstract Bored pile with various advantages, it can buried deep and enter the rock formations, stiffness, high bearing capacity, deformation small, and can be easily carried out underwater construction. In recent years, with the development of technology, the pile`s kind and type, construction machinery, construction techniques and pile design theory and design methods are evolution and development in high-speed. At present, Chinas largest pile embedded depth has reached 107 meters.The diameter of the pile has more than 4 meters in length.The biggest belled pile diameter has more than 5 meters in length. Because of the Bored piles` construction process and differences in formation conditions, resulting in frequent accidents. Commonly used at home and abroad Piles processing methods are: Grouting, broken pile then pile method, fill (plus) Piles.But, currently, there is almost no systematic analysis of the piles quality of the control problems. Based on the Sanhe Kings Garden project of the bored piles choice, the construction process and the key process of the control points, summarized and more comprehensive analysis of the quality of bored piles, common problems and the reasons and control measures, moreover, from the perspective of site managemen
