西南科技大学网络教育 毕业设计（论文） 题目名称：停水自动关闭阀的设计  摘 要 断水自闭水阀是一件全新的半自动控水装置，与现有市销售品比较，使用方便，功能更加人性化。本装置是在现有普通的水龙头上做了一些改进而形成，经过理论分析和实验，该作品能达到断水自闭的功能。本作品的创新点是利用水的浮力，通过插销的上升和下降来控制有水和无水时，阀门扭转的角度，实现断水自闭的目的。 本闸阀的最大优点在于能调节出流总量。闸阀的基本工作原理是利用水流冲击涡轮时，流速及流量与涡轮的转速之间存在的固定关系，因此，在闸阀中我们设计了一种传动减速装置，此传动减速装置与控制出水总量的自动断水装置相连，当出水总量达到设定值时，它将关闭闸阀。此设计能够满足人们在日常生产生活中对自动断水、定量出水的需求，有助于人们高效利用水资源。 本闸阀使用方便，原理简单，安全可靠，精度高，符合可持续发展的时代主题。而且本闸阀的改进空间较大，今后可在此基础上对其进行完善，形成系列，以满足不同使用情况下的实际需求。 关键词：水阀 自闭式 设计 创新点 Abstract Water shutoff valve is a new semi automatic water control device, compared with the existing market sales, easy to use, more user-friendly function. The device is formed on the existing common tap, and through theoretical analysis and experiments, the utility model can achieve the function of water supply and self closing. The innovation of this work is to use the buoyancy of water, through the rise and fall of the bolt to control the water and water, the angle of the valve to achieve the purpose of water self closing. The biggest advantage of this valve is to adjust the total outflow. The basic working principle of the valve is the use of flow impulse turbine, a fixed relationship between the flow velocity and flow rate and the speed of the turbine in the gate so we design a driving speed reducer, the reducer automatic cut-off device and a control device connected to the total water, when the water amount reaches the set value, it will be closed gate valve. This design can meet the demand of people in the daily life and production of water supply, water quality, and help people use water resources efficiently. This valve is easy to use, simple, safe and reliable, high precision, in line with the theme of sustainable development of the times. And the larger room for improvement of the valve, the future can be based on it to improve the formation of series to meet the actual needs of different situations.
