中远太平洋集装箱租赁发展战略的研究 [摘要] 作为中远第一只蓝筹股，中远太平洋已从单一从事集装箱租赁业务发展成为集装箱生产租赁、码头和物流的综合航运股。由于全球的金融危机的影响，全球的集装箱船租赁市场状况前景不容乐观，对中远太平洋集装箱租赁业务也带来了新的机遇和挑战。本文是在阐述集装箱租赁的定义、分类和优势的基础上，通过对国内外集装箱租赁现状的介绍，找出我国集装箱租赁存在的问题；阐述开展集装箱租赁对中远太平洋发展的影响，得出中远太平洋发展集装箱租赁的必要性；再进一步分析中远太平洋集装箱租赁发展的现状，进而对发展集装箱租赁进行风险分析，并对中远太平洋集装箱租赁提出解决制约因素的相应对策。 [关键词] 中远太平洋； 集装箱租赁；发展战略 Study of Cosco Pacific Company in the Container Leasing Development Strategies Abstract：As the first blue chip of COSCO, COSCO Pacific become engaged in from a single container leasing business to container production and leasing, integrated logistics, terminal and shipping shares. Since the influence of global financial crisis, the global container ship leasing market conditions and outlook is not optimistic and it has also brought new opportunities and challenges. This paper is based on explaining the definition, the classification and advantages of container leasing. It gives a brief introduction on the current situation about domestic and international container leasing in order to find out the problems in China; expounds the impact of the development of container leasing in COSCO Pacific, obtains the need for the development of container leasing in COSCO Pacific; further analysis of the development of COSCO Pacific, the status of container leasing, container leasing and thus elaborates the risk about container leasing, and put forward some suggestions to solve COSCO Pacific container leasing constraints and take some appropriate measures.
