摘 要
当今世界,经济全球化的进程在逐渐加快,世界正逐渐形成一个地球村,一大批的跨国公司涌入我国境内,与我国企业抢占国内市场份额,再加上国内其他性质的企业在经历体制改革后,其发展势头势不可挡,提高我国国有企业的竞争力已经成为刻不容缓的问题。随着社会的逐渐向前发展,我们慢慢发现,其实企业与企业之间的竞争说到底还是人才的竞争,要想国有企业在与国际和国内企业竞争中立于不败之地,就应该好好做好招聘工作,把好人才招聘这个环节,使企业不断有人才加盟。可是就目前而言,国有企业招聘工作还存在许多问题。本文从国有企业招聘的含义、国有企业招聘现状及问题、提高国有企业招聘质量的方法这三大模块出发,深入分析了武汉市创维技术公司招聘的现状以及招聘过程中存在的一些问题,并且针对问题提出了行之有效的解决方案。

Abstract
In todays world, the process of economic globalization is speeding up, the world is gradually forming a global village, the influx of a large number of multinational companies in China, and Chinese enterprises take the domestic market share, and other properties of the domestic enterprises after the system reform, the development momentum is unstoppable, and improve the competitiveness of the state-owned enterprises in our country has become an urgent problem . As society is developing gradually, slowly, we found that the competition between enterprises and enterprises is ultimately talent competition, to state-owned enterprises in the competition with international and domestic enterprises,it?should be to do a good job in recruiting good talents for this link, the enterprise has the talent to join us. But for now, recruitment state-owned enterprises still exist many problems. This article from the meaning of the state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises recruitment status quo, problems and the methods to improve the quality of state-owned enterprises of the three modules, deeply analyzes the present situation of state-owned enterprises and some problems existing in the hiring process, and puts forward the effective solutions for problems.
