However, with the lack of resources in the world, green environmental protection slogans, as well as the development of science and technology, the original concrete architecture has begun to fade. New brick and steel building because of its unique advantages to the stage of history. This rapid development of steel structure in China will be reasons, summed up the problems in the domestic steel structure and propose solutions, and puts some of the recommendations in order for reference steel structure building in the foreign market has been popular in China for a variety of reasons it has not been very well covered. On this basis, in this paper, a new brick and concrete and steel buildings features and its development prospects in China made a comprehensive exposition.
