函授学生毕业论文 浅析工程项目成本管理 学生姓名、学号 郑 飞 专业、年级层次 土木工程（本升本） 指 导 教 师 樊 长 林 论文完成日期 2016.8.20 摘 要 近年来我国建筑市场的不断规范发展，建筑市场的竞争也日益激烈，建筑施工企业获利空间也越来越小，工程项目的成本管理就显得越来越重要。不少施工企业都试图通过加强施工项目的成本控制，改变经营状况。工程项目成本管理是一项系统工程，贯穿于企业整个经营过程，是衡量企业生产耗费和供给的尺度，是决定价格的基础；工程项目成本体现了企业管理的综合水平，是提高企业竞争力、应变能力和开拓能力的关键。加强工程项目成本管理是降低成本、提高企业经济效益的基本途径，是企业经营管理中的重要手段。企业要想在强手如林的竞争环境中立于不败之地，实现近期求生存、长期谋发展的目标，就必须强化成本管理，以适应市场经济发展的要求。本文介绍了工程项目成本管理的概念、过程及作用，重点研究了项目管理的现状和其中存在的诸多亟待解决的问题，有针对性地提出了相应的对策建议。 关键词：工程项目 成本管理 成本控制 Abstract In recent years, continue to regulate the development of Chinas construction market, competition in the construction market is becoming more intense, construction companies profit margins are getting smaller and smaller, the cost of project management becomes increasingly important.
