unit 4 Peoples Bank of China Abstract --- Peoples Bank of China The history of PBC,especially its law system construction Established on December 1, 1948 in Shijiazhang. In 1983, began to act as an central bank, that is, the businesses of commercial banks were seperated. In 1995, the Law of the Peoples Republic of China on the Peoples Bank of China was passed.
