·环境保护· 大西客运专线铁路水土保持监测方案的研究与实施 张茵涛1 ，马 宁2 ( 1. 大西铁路客运专线有限责任公司，太原 030024; 2. 黄河上中游管理局，西安 710021) 摘 要: 根据大西客运专线铁路建设特点及沿途地形地貌特征，拟定了水土保持监测内容、方法及技术流程，并通 过开展水土保持监测工作，初步掌握了工程建设进度及水土保持工作情况。监测表明: 建设单位重视水土保持工 作，施工单位基本能认识到水土保持工作的重要性，基本能在规定范围内施工，工程建设对周边地区生态环境影响 能控制在允许范围内。建议进一步加强宣传，细化管理，狠抓落实，加大水土保持工作力度; 强化设计，加强施工过 程中的水土流失防治，及时实施防护措施。 关键词: 客运专线; 水土保持监测; 水土流失; 防治措施 中图分类号: U238; S157. 2 文献标识码: A 文章编号: 1004-2954( 2011) S-0143-05 Study and Implementation of Water and Soil Conservation Monitoring Scheme along Datong － Xian PDL Zhang Yintao1 ，Ma Ning2 ( 1． Datong － Xian DPL Corporation，Taiyuan 030024; 2． Upper and Middle Reaches of Yellow River Bureau，YRCC; Xian 710021 ) Abstract: The contents，methods and technical process of water and soil conservation monitoring are worked out in this paper based on the characteristics of Datong － Xian PDL construction and the topography and relief features along the line． Implementing water and soil conservation monitoring helps to get acquainted with the construction progress and the situation of water and soil conservation． Monitoring showed that the construction contractors paid high attention to water and soil conservation，and the companies in charge of construction were basically awake to the importance of water and soil conservation，and the impact of project construction on local ecological environment could be kept within the acceptable limit． It is suggested that vigorous propaganda and refined management should be employed for better performance of water and soil conservation，and what is more
