Unit 5 What’s the weather like?（教案） Part I Listening and speaking 牛山一中实验分校 倪龙腾 教学主要思路： 本节课围绕“天气”这一话题进行讲授，展开听说练习。首先由著名景观长城的四季景色图片导入；通过听一首weather song,学生在老师帮助下从歌曲中总结出天气的不同表达法，体会天气词汇的不同词性，再通过一张天气预报图片，以口头检测形式巩固学生刚学的天气表达；随即进行一个天气预报的听力练习，依次展开其它有关天气与活动的听力练习；听后以“连句“形式对所听内容进行笔头检测，巩固所学；由班内两名同学的幽默照片引出他们之间关于天气话题的小对话，即为学生提供示例范文；再对天气表达进行适当扩充，丰富表达，最后让学生小组编对话，并积极展示。 教学目标 在本节课结束时，学生能够： 听懂简短天气预报及与天气有关的对话，捕捉并速记关键信息。 区分“天气“词汇的不同词性，如rain与rainy, 正确运用“天气”词汇描述不同天气及此天气下的活动，编演小对话。 关注天气及周边环境。 三、 教学过程 教学阶段教师活动学生活动设置意图 Pre-listening minutes)1.Show students four pictures of the Great Wall in four seasons to ask them what makes it look different. 2.Play a weather song.1.Look at the pictures and answer the question. 2.While listening, the students need to find out and remember some words and sentences about the weather.由著名景观长城的四季景色图片导入，吸引学生注意，让学生自己说出本课主题“ weather ” 学生感兴趣地从歌曲中学记天气表达，调动学生学习主动性与积极性3. write on the blackboard what the students find from the song and explain them. Ask them to read the sentences after the teacher. show a picture of a weather report to guide the students to describe the weather.3.Tell what they find from the song and learn those expressions. Read the sentences. Try to describe the weather report generally. 板书解释强调本课重点，通过一张天气预报图片检测学生前面所学，同时为下面听力练习中“听天气预报“做铺垫  While-listening （20 minutes) Listening I:( choice) 1.Before listening, ask students to read the three questions quickly. 2.Play the tape for the first time. And then check. 3.Show the text and play the tape for the second time to let students read after it. 4. Ask one row of students to translate the weather report one sentence by one sentence. Listening II:(T or F) 1. Before listening, ask students to underline some key words of the questions. 2. Listen to Dialogue A and Dialogue B one by one. 3. Show the texts and divide all the students into two parts, and ask them to read the two dialogues one group by one group
