Methods detection of 88 cases Elderly patients with clinical indicators of early DN and cilostazol, valsartan and combination treatment of 1,3 months UAER and 2 MG. Results glucose, HbA1c, renal function before and after treatment in each group no significant difference ( Pgt; 0.05); valsartan and combination therapy for 3 months significantly decreased blood pressure (P lt;0.05); cilostazol and combined treatment group after 3 months decreased fibrinogen levels (P lt;0.01) . UAER and urinary 2 MG changes: 1 month of treatment compared with the treatment have decreased levels of 3 groups (P lt;0.05), in which combination therapy compared with monotherapy group decreased more significantly (P lt;0.01); treatment 3 months, 1 month treatment compared with 3 groups decreased significantly (P lt;0.01); which combined therapy than monotherapy group decreased more significantly (P lt;0.01). Conclusion cilostazol or valsartan treatment of early DN has good results, but their combination is most effective, which control the direction of the treatment provided early DN.
