From January 2000 ~ January 2005, the 32 cases of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint in patients with brachial plexus at a high level of local anesthesia plus open reduction, internal fixation of clavicular hook plate, fascia lata graft reinforcement surgery, postoperative follow-up of 8 ~ 24 months. Results 32 patients were good results, shoulder and normal appearance, activities, good. Conclusion clavicular hook plate fixation and reinforcement fascia lata graft surgery for the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation provides a good method.
