Methods: The clinical diagnosis of 143 cases of various cataract patients (158 eyes done under topical anesthesia in clear cornea incision line cataract phacoemulsification and foldable intraocular lens implantation surgery. Results: All patients could tolerate surgery, postoperative day 1 visual acuitygt; = 0.5 in 129 eyes, 82.3%, after 1 week visual acuitygt; = 0.5 149 eyes, 94.2%, surgical complications included corneal edema, conjunctival edema. Conclusion: clear corneal incision under topical anesthesia phacoemulsification safe, reliable, fast visual recovery after surgery, short hospital stay, postoperative care and convenience.
