Methods in October 2007 using self-designed questionnaire to 230 nurses in our hospital to conduct clinical investigation included visiting the wards at all levels of care required time, frequency, the actual visits wards of time, frequency, did not seek the reasons for visits. The results of clinical nurse visited the ward on time only 23 people (10.0%), not according to level of care needs who are unable to visit the wards to achieve a care requirement that every 15 ~ 30 min visit 1; not visited the ward on time because level of care with the patient’s condition does not match a patient care too much, over-reliance on the accompany of 8 categories.
