Methods: The German company’s 2021 model EME transcranial Doppler (TCD) instrument, were measured as subjects of bilateral middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery, vertebral artery and basilar artery of the peak, average, and pulsatility index. Results: Compared with control group, MCI patients with bilateral middle cerebral artery, anterior cerebral artery, vertebral artery and basilar artery of the peak, average, and pulsatility index was no significant difference. Conclusion: MCI had no significant pathological changes in cerebral blood flow.
