Methods were used colloidal gold test strip with the ELISA assay in 360 specimens HBsAg, and to compare the positive rate, and then strong-positive specimens were 10-fold dilution to observe the differences in sensitivity of the two detection methods. The positive results of both methods was no significant difference between the rate of sexual, ELISA method compared with colloidal gold test strip sensitivity, and high sensitivity. Conclusion The two methods are both a good method for detection of HBsAg, colloidal gold test strip method is simple, rapid and applicable to emergency and health of population screening, ELISA method suitable for routine testing. Methods The test was conducted with 360 samples and compared the positive rate of the samples, then diluted 10 positivest samples with the multiple proportions to show the differences about the test sensitivity.Results There was significat difference between the two methods on the positive rate. ELISA had a higher sensitivity. Conclusion The two methods of testing the HBsAg both are good. Gold dipstick is simple, easy and good for screening with the emergeny call and healthies.
