Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 42 patients with 23 males and 19 females, aged 17-65 years old. Duration of six months -5 years. 37 cases of unilateral, bilateral 5 cases. Haikou meeting in accordance with the standard, of 28 cases of type , type , 13 cases, type 3 in 1. Clinical manifestations include headache, hyposmia, such as different symptoms, all cases of preoperative routine coronal sinus CT scan and nasal + horizontal position endoscopy.
