[Methods] 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, herbal enema combined with oral and topical therapy, after 1 to 2 courses of treatment were evaluated. [Results] 100 patients were treated, cured 43 cases, effective in 46 cases, 5 cases, 6 cases, the effective rate of 94%. [Conclusion] enema combined with oral and topical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has a good effect. [Method] We take TCM clysis, oral taking and external application for 100 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation, after 1 ~ 2 courses, observe the cure effect. [Result] In all cases, 43 were cured, 46 had marked effect, 5 were effective, and the total effective rate was 94%.
