 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 8 Knee MRI diagnosis of meniscal lesions [Abstract] Objective: To analyze the performance of meniscal lesions in MRI to raise awareness of the MRI diagnosis of meniscal lesion level. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 72 cases of meniscal lesions of the MRI manifestations, including tear meniscus and methods according to Mink, and Fischer classification. Results: 72 cases of 144 there were 98 meniscal injuries, including injury of 12 grade Ⅰ , Ⅱ grade injury 48, Ⅲ grade injury (torn) 38. 144 were found 11 cases of meniscus discoid meniscus, meniscal cyst in 6 cases. Conclusion: MRI for the diagnosis of meniscus lesions have a high value and clinical significance since it will clearly show the shape and position of the meniscus and signal changes, in order to provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment, is the diagnosis of meniscus lesions of the most a good screening method.
