Methods: The Dundee urinary flow analyzer in 20 patients with chronic prostatitis patients with urinary flow rate, filling bladder lateral pressure, the pressure - flow rate measurement, urethral pressure and electromyography side. Results: The stability of the bladder in 9 cases (45%), low compliance bladder in 5 cases (25%), bladder outlet obstruction in 11 cases (55%), detrusor sphincter dyssynergia in 7 cases (35%), which does not a stable bladder with bladder outlet obstruction in 6 cases, low-compliance bladder with bladder outlet obstruction in 4 cases, unstable bladder combined urethral sphincter dyssynergia detrusor in 2 cases. Conclusion: The chronic prostatitis patients with lower urinary tract symptoms and bladder instability, low compliance bladder, bladder outlet obstruction and detrusor urethral sphincter dyssynergia relevant to understand the related factors on the treatment of important guiding significance. Result: Unstable bladder in 9 cases (45%), low compliance bladder in 5 cases (25%), obstruction in the bladder outlet in 11 cases (55 %), dyssynergia in detrusor muscle and external urethral sphincter in 7 cases (35%), unstable blad
