[Abstract] Objective To investigate the blood of percutaneous autologous bone marrow transplantation for treatment of limb fractures after internal fixation of delayed union of fractures of the effect. Methods 30 patients with limb fractures after internal fixation of delayed union were randomly divided into 15 cases, 15 cases of control group ; observation group treated by percutaneous autologous bone marrow transplantation in the treatment of blood, the brake control group, regular observation of traditional treatment. The results observed after treatment, all 15 cases healed, the healing time is 4 to 12 months, an average of 8 months. the control group 15 cases, 14 cases of healing, healing time was 7 to 18 months, an average of 12 months, 1 case developed into nonunion, bone grafting and internal fixation for more. Conclusion Percutaneous autologous bone marrow transplantation in delayed union of blood parts successful bone effect on postoperative delayed union fractures cases the choice of percutaneous autologous bone marrow transplantation. because of its simple, does have some effect, easy to spread.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of transcutaneous autologous bone marrow transplantation (TABMT) in treating delayed union after internal fixation of limbs fractures.Methods Thirty patients with delayed union following internal fixation of limb fractures were randomly divided into two groups, 15 patients in each group.Patients in group one received TABMT, while patients in group two (control group) just received normal treatment such as immobilization.Results All patients in group one were cured 4 12 m
