Methods agar disk diffusion method (KB method) and the micro-broth method for screening out the three pairs of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii clinical strains, PCR amplification blaOXA  23 genes and sequencing, outer membrane extract protein and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS  PAGE). Results 3 of the carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii with multiple drug resistance; resistance gene PCR amplification and sequencing confirmed that three resistant genes have blaOXA  23; in which a resistant outer AB173 Membrane protein electrophoretic band appears at the 28.8ku obviously missing, the remaining two resistant and the susceptible ones in the article as compared with at no significant difference. Conclusions The trial of the carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii all contain blaOXA  23 genes, of which there is also a resistant outer membrane protein pore may be related to the lack of sex-related multi-drug resistance.
