Method in August 2002 ~ October 2005, 76 cases of NSCLC patients received 3D conformal radiation therapy, for three-dimensional conformal plans and clinical data of patients with single-factor, multi-factor analysis, evaluation of esophageal injury. Results 76 patients with NSCLC, a total of 27 cases of acute esophagitis, I grade in 15 cases, Ⅱ grade in 6 cases, Ⅲ grade in 6 cases. Correlation analysis showed that acute esophagitis-related factors are esophageal V50, esophagus suffered an average dose of chemotherapy over the same period. Logistic regression showed that acute radiation esophagitis occurred in the impact factors for chemotherapy, esophageal V50 (OR values were 3.193,1.034). Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer, central type when the radiation-induced acute esophageal injury with concurrent chemotherapy and esophageal V50 significantly correlated.
