The results showed: cells with CpG ODN1826 inactivated vaccine can reduce the rate of tumor formation in mice, into the tumor-bearing mice the tumor blocks slow growth, tumor cell necrosis within the tumor blocks obvious, but no significant extension of survival; CpG ODN2006 group of mice into the tumor rate not only reduced tumor block to narrow, but also significantly prolonged survival has been the growth of tumor regression. Conclusion: CpG ODN2006 leukemia focal tumor vaccine can enhance the anti-tumor effect in mice, so that significantly prolong survival without significant side effects.
