[Methods] Single-level lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis in patients with 44 cases, divided according to surgical method: Ⅰ group, 23 cases of pedicle fixation device after a single pieces of Cage oblique placement of interbody fusion; Ⅱ group of 21 cases, pedicle fixation device posterolateral fusion. Postoperative JOA score of the two groups, low back pain VAS score, conduct follow-up imaging. [Results] 15 ~ 36 months follow-up between the two groups JOA score, bone fusion was no significant difference (Pgt; 0.05); Ⅰ group the next low back pain relief VAS score, Taillard index, the relative maintenance of intervertebral height is superior to Ⅱ group (P lt;0.05).
