[Method] 60 patients with cervical segment adjacent two patients were randomly divided into AIFC group and ACFP group to two groups of perioperative indicators of spinal cord function of 40 points score, imaging parameters were compared. [Results] The average length of stay, a high degree of integration of segmental, spinal cord function of 40 points score was no significant difference, AIFC-operative blood loss, operative time, less complication for bone area ACFP group; AIFC fusion segments postoperative Cobb’s angle to improve the 4  1 ° , significantly larger than ACFP Group 2  1 ° , the difference was statistically significant (P amp;lt;0  05). The mean follow-up time, AIFC group of 28 months, ACFP group was 25 months, two groups of patients with excellent and good rate and efficiency no significant difference (Pamp;gt; 0  05). Conclusion AIFC and ACFP treatment of cervical spondylosis of two adjacent segments of short-term results were satisfactory.
