There exist gender discri inations on the right of bearing in thelegislative andjudicial process. The con tent of ale∀ s bearing rights has been restricted in any ways and the realization of ale∀ bearing rights is dependent on the fe ale∀ s. T he conflict between ale∀ s active bearing rights and thefe ale∀ passivebearing rights needs to be coordi nated. To realize the ale∀ s bearing rights, the arital fe ale∀ bearing rights should be properly restricted by law .
