Nestlé , the parent company with headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland, is the world’s largest food company with sales of $94 billion in 2011 and a focus on Nutrition, Health and Wellness. Telephone self-introduction Assessment Center Final Interview Telephone self-introduction First make a English self-introduction Then the HR asks the interviewees some questions about their working experiences and why they choose Nestle,where they want to work etc. The purpose in this step is mainly to make a simple spoken test of basic English proficiency. Assessment Center The first part is to make a self-introduction with your partner,the introduction need to include your name,school,major,favourite Nestle product and why. Then make a short summary about what you have got just now. Secondly you will have a discussion with other interviewees,you need to express your opinion first in English then in Chinese. Thirdly is about the face to face interview.This part your will meet three interviewer at one time. Nestle is focus on tne company’s culture and person’s ablity and quality.So they choose to ask the interviewee’s own idea about why they choose Nestle, how they understand about the job they ordered, their personal career development, what salary they want to get etc. During the interview the HR will say something about the interviewee’s talking.Like telling them what they can offer what they cannot. And explain the jobs description. Finally the HR will ask the interviewee to make a score for today’s personal performance. Final Interview This face to face time Nestle will send the senior HR to interview and decide if this person is suitable for Nestle.
