Describing Methodology Describing Methodology How to describe the methodology chapter in different designs? As we know, a study may employ the design of a survey study, or an experimental study, or a case study, or a combination. Regardless of the research design, the headings or components are the same for the description of each design but with different content (但是描述每个研究设计的标题基本相同). What if a study employs two different types of design? In such a case, a common practice is to describe the two designs separately. That is, you may have two sections or two chapters: one section/chapter on the survey study and the other on a case study.
