Sen sitivity is lower becau se of po lytropy of clin ical symp tom and sign among differ en t p atients. W rong level diagno sis is the m ain cau se resu lt in op erative and interven tional therap y failu re. Th is article system at ically reviewed the polytropy of radicu lop athy symp tom and the level diagno sis of L IDH. It indicated that u sing different ways m ay be feasib lely effective techn ique for the level diagno sis of L IDH.
