Colorectaltumorsmostlyarisefromsporadicadenomatouspolyps.Polypsaredefinedasamassofcellsthatpro-
trudesintothelumenofthecolon.Adenomatouspolypsarebenignneoplasmsthat,bydefinitiondisplaysome
