Abstract: The survey shows that rural primary school teachers to write papers on behalf of the designed capacity of classroom instruction in various dimensions were mixed. To improve rural primary school teachers in the classroom instructional design capacity should start with three-pronged approach: lay a solid foundation to strengthen pre-service training; grasp the key, emphasis on-job training; to start a source of concern for self-development.

1. Analysis of the capacity of the teaching task
Survey shows that rural primary school teachers generally value the curriculum standards of the study and the knowledge structure itself, the analysis of textbooks, but the lack of flexibility in the capacity of teaching content, ignoring the original understanding of how students use to learn new knowledge and thought processes. This was reflected in 92% of the people can grasp the knowledge systems of the subjects before and after the teaching sequence and horizontal linkages, 85.2% of the people to learn from the many tasks and procedures to identify key links, 85.7% of the people can grasp the different levels of teaching goals compliance requirements, 92.6% of the people can grasp the students according to their level of knowledge of teaching focus, difficult and critical, 86.4% of the people can determine the type of learning task.
