Specialty Construction Financial Management in Universities and Improving School Quality (A) Financial Management Necessity Financial management is the modern enterprise management center. With the development of market economy and capital markets, sound financial management in the economic management has become increasingly important. China’s accession to the WTO, the trend of internationalization of the financial management of the financial management officer of the new challenges; enterprise competition intensified on the financial management of the knowledge, ability, quality of proposed new requirements. How to strengthen the building of financial management expertise and training to adapt to the new situation of financial management professionals in the education sector is faced with an urgent problem. In China, as of 1997, with similar professional less than 20 colleges and universities, only 1,000 students in more than a lot of well-known institution of higher learning, such as Renmin University of China, Xiamen University, Northeast University of Finance, Shanghai University of Finance and so on have not yet setting similar to the professional.
