Studies on college student satisfaction
[Abstract] student satisfaction is the students to participate in the educational process and to share the inevitable result of educational outcomes and evaluation indicators. Article on the theoretical basis for student satisfaction and concepts defined in the relevant studies were analyzed, and summarized the research progress at home and abroad, and pointed out that the significance of these studies and shortcomings.

1 Introduction
Study of student satisfaction can be traced back to the student’s role changes. However, whether the students are in what role, have been at the school were from the dominant, a subordinate position, gradually with parents, employers, social solidarity, the school’s stakeholders to participate in the educational process and to share in educational outcomes. Therefore, the development of the school for students and other stakeholders in development, is bound to be listening to the views of students.
Measurement of student satisfaction as a more comprehensive measurement tools to help the student experience to improve the universality of higher education; as a better management tools that can help colleges and universities to determine and adapt to the changing economic and social, better seize the opportunity to meet the challenge.
2, the theoretical basis and concepts defined
(A) the theoretical basis
1. Attitude theory. Student satisfaction with college students, their specific learning, the attitude of the living environment, with general attitude characteristics. According to Katz (1960) point of view, attitudes, there are four functions: (a) regulating or social fit and function. People to meet their own needs in favor of the formation of a positive attitude towards the object, while the object of prejudice to meet their own needs the creation of negative attitudes.
