Water Testing Laboratory 实验室 The laboratory shall be sized, and have facilities and equipment necessary to perform, operational and distribution testing in accordance with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements and state-of-the-industry practice. Operational testing shall include the performance of tests, in accordance with Standard Methods procedures, necessary for controlling day-to-operations so that the plant will be in conformance with performance requirements. Operational testing includes all testing required to determine conformance except heavy metal or trace element testing. Distribution testing shall include laboratory testing of samples from the distribution networks, in accordance with GOL requirements and Standard Methods procedures, necessary for determining that water delivered to the taps meets the applicable codes and standards. 实验室应当具有必要的设备与分析仪器来按照有关标准与业界惯例进行运行测试（Operational testing）与分布测试（Distribution testing）。 运行测试包括效果测试，效果测试应当满足标准方法程序（Standard Methods procedures），以满足水厂每日的控制设置，保证水处理结果符合标准。运行测试包括所有的此类测试，但不包括重金属与微量元素测试。 分布测试应当包括从配水网络中提取样本的实验室测试，测试应当满足标准方法程序与莱索托政府的有关规定，该测试用来确定处理后的自来水水质是否达到要求。 Sufficient room, partitioning and facilities shall be provided for: 实验室应当有充足的空间，分割与设施以满足如下要求： ?
