Supply Scheme for IOU Pipe-rack Steel Structure IOU管廊钢结构供货方案 The structure system of this project is truss structure and the main outline dimensions (L × H) are: 20.0*5.75 16.0*5.75， 14.0*5.7524.0*5.75， 12.0*5.75， 5.0*8.25， 16.0*8.25， 20.0*5.70 ， 16.0*5.70， 24.0*5.70 ， 22.0*3.75, of which the maximum dimension is 25.0*8.25 and the majority dimension is 20.0*5.75 (5.7). If these trusses are to be delivered in complete frames, there will be the following problems: 1) very difficult transportation; 2) very high transportation cost; and 3) panel parts liable to deformation and damage. For this reason, we consider layered and sectional fabrication of complete frame trusses to facilitate ex-factory by transportation, then sent to the assembling site of Yangzi Maintenance and Installation company close to construction field.
