Security department work out fire and work safety measure for each dept according to the above principle and concrete situation of each dept. for removing each hidden danger thoroughly. To strengthen the implementation of fire and work safety, on behalf of fire prevention committee and work safety committee, general manager will sign a letter of responsibility for fire prevention and work safety with your department. Letter of responsibility is two originals, one for each party, and it takes effect as from the date of signed by the two parties. 为确保酒店的消防及安全生产工作顺利开展，保障酒店、宾客和员工的人身及财产安全，保证酒店不发生重大治安案件、重大火险隐患及事故，酒店各部门要认真贯彻“预防为主，防消结合”，“谁主管、谁负责”的消防安全工作原则。保安部根据以上原则，结合酒店各部门的具体情况，制定了各部门消防安全生产防范措施（规定），以彻底消除各种隐患。为加强消防安全管理工作的落实，酒店总经理代表酒店消防委员会、安全生产委员会与您部门签订消防、安全生产责任书。责任书一式两份，由签字双方各执一份，自签订之日起生效。 I.
