Spectrum doppler method and cardiac catheterization technique to determine the 47 cases of mitral balloon valvuloplasty (MBVP) hemodynamics changes of preoperative and postoperative patients with long-term follow-up study. Results the preoperative heart index increased significantly in the immediate and follow-up period of MBVP. Pulmonary hypertension significantly decreased (P 0.01). Conclusion MBVP significantly improves immediate and long-term hemodynamics in patients with second patients.
