天马行空官方博客：/tmxk_docin ;QQ:1318241189 摘 要 农药对提高农业生产效益、保证农产品产量和产后贮藏安全具有重要的作用。论文从农药的定义入手，结合统计数据，着重分析整个农药市场的生产和供给特点，对我国农药生产和供给环节中存在的问题进行实证分析。 分析结果表明，当前我国农药生产中，存在的主要问题是：品种结构不合理；生物农药的生产发展滞后；农药安全性问题日趋突出。新品种的科研与开发（RD）与生产脱节且投入严重不足。农药供给中，存在的主要问题是，在农药供给流通环节，专营制度已经成为供给市场的桎梏，新兴渠道无法形成有力竞争。最后根据实证研究，提出了相关政策建议解决我国农药生产和供给中存在的问题。 关键词：农药，科研与开发，投入产出分析Abstract Pesticides play an important role to improve the benefit of agricultural production, the amount of production and post-natal storage security assurances. This paper begins with definition of pesticides, the integration of statistical data on the production and analysis of the pesticide market supply characteristics, pesticide production and supply chain of our problems for empirical analysis. There are several problems in Chinese pesticides production such as: unreasonable configuration of productions; biological pesticides develop slowly; increasingly prominent of pesticide safety. Research and development do not connect to production and lack of inputs. There are some major problems in pesticide supply. In pesticides circulation, supply market franchise system has become shackles, a new channel can not compete effectively. Finally under empirical research, conclude some relevant policy recommendations in order to reply the pesticide production and supply problems.
